Everything was very good, stunning location on the edges of mainstream areas, the staff were cooperative. Location: the hotel was really close to the mini market that turns into restaurant at night, Bangkok nightlife and the highway entrance. Lucky that it was within walking distance of Bbco, offering food to go.

In my room, I had a safe box to keep my stuff, an iron to freshen up my clothes, and an electronic key card for easy access. the view of the city from my room was fantastic, and the staff here were super friendly and helpful! 🌆

Well located near Ploen Chit, walking distance from Siam Square and shopping malls, room 418 was spacious and clean, with all the facilities. Hotel staff was nice.
Not really the hotel's fault, nor the bell guy who helped us call a taxi but be aware of taxis outside the hotel (and maybe a little bit everywhere in Bangkok), they sometimes do not use the taxi meter, will tell you stories and make you pay much more, and it is too late to complaint.

I thoroughly enjoyed hotel's nice location!!
It was in the middle of Bangkok, and minutes away from Embassy of Sweden. I ate at a good restaurant for the price. The atmosphere created was cosy!

The room was functional and well-maintained, with free Wi-Fi. Unbeatable and magnificent location just a short walk from Nana Plaza. - Close walking distance to a shopping area, with small supermarkets right across the street.

Location convenient to bts.
Location right next to a train track kind of sucked. Front desk staff was incompetent, and charged my credit card twice for my booking. Staff in front of the building encouraged tourist-trap tuk-tuk drivers to hang around to catch guests leaving. A/c unit in room made very annoying high- pitched noises and rattles. Bed hard as a rock. Breakfast mediocre and served in awful-smelling room. Overall a very unsatisfying experience.

Good location near to bts station. Satelite tv. Furniture seems new.
Room is too small. Bathroom too. In the bathroom, for example, there is no place to put your towels, except the box below the sink so it's hard to use. No dvd player. It is not very good value for money, I stayed in better hotels in Bangkok for this money. When I ask for transportation to the airport, the receptionist told me that it is available for 500 baht. Tomorrow (on chack-out) I asked for transportation (different receptionist) and she told me it is 450 baht. Very inconvenient.

Pleasant place that was clean and had incredibly helpful and attentive staff. Well-maintained room with a secure card system and a comfy bed. - Convenient location just off Soi Nana, near malls accessible via BTS, and a cool market nearby. - Nearby Bbco offering quick meals.

Hotel in very good shape. Totally agree with the good feedback from other comments. Location is very good, a few minutes walk from tram station. Breakfast was quite good. I had read some negative comments, but do not agree with them. It is not a 5star breakfast, but plenty of choice. Room very clean and spacious.
Cannot find anything negative. Maybe only that the taxi driver took me from the airport to teh legacy suites, which is a different hotel... So make sure you the driver knows where to go!! (Mention soi 1 and the hospital nearby)

Hotel staff were extremely helpful and friendly, brilliant location, and a wonderful luxurious hotel which was comfortable, free breakfast and internet which became the cherry on top of the cake. Confusion to getting my deposit back as you have to pay once you get to the hotel, and the money reserved by Booked.net does not pay towards the cost of the room.

Very helpful staff, groceries at the bottom of the hotel. Skytrain station in two minutes. Shopping centers just two station away. Very clean rooms, free wireless net! Modern, new furnitures. Just as good for city tours as shopping. You can go to the airport with metro and rail link (two change and a short walk).
